I have created Frogology to offer individuals and companies an alternative to translation agencies that operate in a very competitive environment, where the race to complete projects as soon as possible can lead to outcomes of a varying quality. My aim is to set up a true partnership, where my clients feel able to liaise directly with me to resolve any issue or challenge we may face during the translation. My understanding of their needs and priorities and of the inner workings of a marketing campaign also makes me easy to work with.

For your meticulously written copy to keep its meaning and impact, you need a qualified and experienced linguist, who can convey your message in the way it was intended, to stay true to your brand. Any file or document sent to us will be treated with the greatest confidentiality and deleted immediately after use if requested. We will not forward or share your documents with anyone unless we have your express approval and in order to complete the services requested only. We abide by and are bound by GDPR rules and ISO.

It depends on the size (wordcount) of your files, but as a rule of thumb, a short document can often be turned around in a couple of days, and a longer project may take a few days or a couple of weeks (an average translator translates 2,000+ words per day, while proofreading requires around an hour for 1,000 words).

Frogology is specialised in English-into-French translation and proofreading. However, if you require your content to be translated into several different languages, we also offer a project managing service covering main Western European languages. All our partner linguists have the same level of qualification and experience, and have been vetted beforehand, resulting in high-quality output.

As a qualified member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), I feature on the French Consulate’s list of approved translators and I am able to certify my own translations from English into French. I cover most types of documents, such as birth, marriage and death certificates, ACRO certificates, change of name deeds, etc.
